Oyster Mushrooms Assorted Colors 1 pound box

From Shelbyville Michigan. 1 Lb box. Assorted colors. Oysters are great clump forming mushrooms. The caps are more gray with warmer weather. As temperatures begin to drop below 60 deg they take on a darker hue. Stems are a bit chewy, but when shredded from the cap downward to the stem they cook well.
